Overview
This is a remote, full-time role engaging business owners in conversations about their merchant systems and operational needs, helping uncover opportunities for improvement. By keeping communication organized and proactive, you will help move each opportunity from initial discussion through to completed onboarding.
Training is provided and no industry experience is required, making it a good fit for someone who enjoys relationship-based work and steady, purposeful conversations.
What You'll Do
- Start new conversations with merchants about improving their payment infrastructure
- Learn how each business operates and what matters most to them
- Ask thoughtful questions to guide discussions
- Share relevant information in a calm, approachable way
- Manage follow-ups and next steps
- Keep accurate records of conversations and outcomes
