- $24 - $30 per hour (base pay)
- Uncapped sales commission based on individual sales performance.
- Quarterly performance bonus based on individual and company performance.

Position Summary
Custom Cup Factory, Inc. is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales organization. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, driving new business development, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving revenue and profitability goals.
This position plays a key leadership role in expanding the Company's presence throughout the United States within the foodservice packaging industry, including restaurants, cafés, bubble tea shops, distributors, wholesalers, and other commercial customers. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys building a sales team, developing new markets, and contributing directly to the Company's long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of B2B sales experience.
- Minimum three (3) years of sales management experience preferred.
- Experience in foodservice packaging, paper products, plastic packaging, restaurant supplies, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience leading and developing a sales team.

Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales and profitability goals.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Establish individual and team sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent implementation of Company sales policies, pricing guidelines, customer service standards, and sales procedures.
- Participate in workforce planning and succession planning for the Sales Department.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the United States.
- Expand the Company's customer base by developing relationships with restaurant chains, cafés, bubble tea shops, wholesalers, distributors, grocery stores, and foodservice operators.
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase market share.
- Generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Build long-term customer relationships that contribute to sustainable business growth.
- Develop and execute territory expansion plans to increase market penetration and grow the Company's customer base across assigned regions.
Key Account Management
- Manage strategic and high-value customer accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and maximize customer retention.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business relationships.
Sales Operations
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections.
- Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer databases.
- Develop and improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
- Monitor sales pipeline activities and opportunities.
Product Knowledge
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the Company's products, including paper cups, plastic cups, paper bags, deli containers, foodservice packaging, custom printing capabilities, manufacturing processes, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
- Train the sales team on product specifications, applications, pricing, competitive advantages, and industry trends.
- Stay informed about competitors, new products, and changing market conditions.
- Provide customer feedback to support product development and continuous improvement.
Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Department on product launches, promotional campaigns, trade shows, social media initiatives, and lead generation.
- Assist in developing sales materials, catalogs, presentations, and promotional strategies.
- Participate in branding initiatives that strengthen the Company's market position.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to evaluate campaign performance and improve lead quality and conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse, Accounting, and Operations Departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Trade Shows and Industry Events
- Represent the Company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and customer meetings.
- Promote the Company's products and services while identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain a professional image that reflects the Company's values and brand.
Financial Performance
- Monitor sales expenses to ensure efficient use of Company resources.
- Improve gross margin through effective pricing and customer management.
- Assist in forecasting annual revenue and business growth.
- Support accounts receivable collection efforts by working with customers to resolve overdue balances when necessary.
- Participate in the preparation and management of the annual sales budget.

Work Schedule & Environment
- Regular business hours are Monday through Friday. Occasional evenings, weekends, or travel may be required to support trade shows, customer meetings, and other business activities.
- Primarily based in an office setting with occasional local and regional travel for customer visits and industry events.
- Physical demands include comfortably sitting, standing, and using a computer for extended periods, with the ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment
This position requires frequent customer visits, business travel, and attendance at trade shows and industry events.
The Sales Manager should be willing and able to travel approximately 30%–40% of the time throughout the United States for customer visits, business development, trade shows, industry conferences, and other Company-related business activities.
