**Job Summary**
We are looking for a serious multi tasker to assist in the kitchen during cooking classes. Work in the store, help customers and stock merchandise. We are seeking a detail-oriented helper to join our team. The successful candidate will assist our chefs in preparing delicious meals and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment during a cooking class and clean kitchen after class is finished. This is an entry-level position ideal for those who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the food industry. You will be responsible for serving the students, picking up after them and cleaning the kitchen at the end of the class. When not scheduled to assist in the kitchen you will be scheduled to work in the store making sales, restocking, pricing, throwing boxes out and trash.
**Responsibilities**
- Work in Retail store stocking, and displaying merchandise.
- Work a cash register.
- Sell and work with culinary specialty items kitchen gadgets etc.
- Assist with meal preparation in cooking classes, including food handling and food safety practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
- Support our chefs with food preparation tasks, such as chopping, dicing, and cooking.
- Assist with food delivery and presentation.
- Help with food storage and kitchen maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for food.
**Skills**
- Cash register
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
- Familiarity with knife skills and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a team environment and assist with multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Kitchen gadgets, knives, cookware, to make sales.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
