Hotel Front Desk & Night Audit –
Must be able to work Night Audit Shift 11pm-7am
Compensation: $17hr. + Bonus & or DOE
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, detail-oriented front desk professional to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent & Night Auditor.
The Front Desk Agent role is a key guest-facing role where you’ll serve as the first point of contact for travelers, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and seamless service from check-in to check-out.

What You'll Do:
- Greet guests upon arrival and handle the check-in/check-out process efficiently
- Assign rooms, issue keys, and securely manage payment details
- Update and maintain guest records and reservation details accurately
- Answer phones and respond to questions about room availability, amenities, rates, and hotel services
- Coordinate with housekeeping to confirm room readiness for incoming guests
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
- Process reservations via phone, online booking platforms, and in-person requests
- Promote hotel services, specials, and loyalty programs
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm under pressure and confident handling customer concerns
- 1+ year of experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred
- Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities

The Night Auditor role is for someone who enjoys quiet time at work. We are a family owned and operated hotel and our looking for someone to be our relief/on-call night auditor! This position is perfect for anyone who likes to watch over the safety and comfort of others. As a night auditor, your duties include making reservations, check-ins, check-outs, running the audit, and others. We are a hotel that values our employees.
