Position Overview

- Base Pay: $25–$35/hour + Performance Bonuses

Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues by diagnosing problems using appropriate testing equipment.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on high voltage systems.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on electrical systems to prevent potential issues.
- Utilize various power tools effectively for installation and repair tasks.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or Commercial Electrician in a construction site environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC standards, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with frame carpentry is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
Performance Expectations
- Complete 100% of assigned projects on time and to code
- Maintain customer satisfaction score of 95%+
- Submit 100% accurate documentation (permits, inspections, closeouts)
Required Experience
- 2+ years’ experience as Journeyman or Master Electrician
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and code specifications
- Solar Experience a plus
