About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, hospitality-focused Bartender who is passionate about craft cocktails, wine, and creating meaningful guest experiences. The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that exceptional service is just as important as exceptional drinks.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
- Deliver genuine hospitality by engaging guests and creating a welcoming, memorable experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of our cocktail program, spirits, wine, beer, and food menu.
- Guide guests through beverage selections and confidently make recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout every shift.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation to ensure every drink meets Bevy's standards.
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to provide seamless service.
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with opening, closing, inventory, stocking, and daily cleaning responsibilities.
- Help foster a positive, team-first culture by supporting fellow team members whenever needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or craft cocktail environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Passion for hospitality and creating genuine connections with guests.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure during busy service.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Attention to detail and pride in cleanliness and organization.
- Willingness to continually learn and grow your beverage knowledge.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: $10.70/hr + Tips
