Host/Host responsibilities include:
-Welcoming all customers when they enter the restaurant and asking them if they are here for Pick Up or Dine-In
-Answering phones and placing To-Go orders for customers
-Dealing with card/cash transactions on a daily basis and checking out each customer
-Cleaning drink and food menu's throughout your shift so we have clean menu's the entire day
-Packing To-Go orders (paying close attention to additions, such as: rice, lemons, sauces, soup)
-All servers will come to the front with their cash transactions for you to properly give them back change and close their tables out
-Putting customers on a waitlist at our host stand
-Helping management seat customers
-Come to work with a positive attitude at all times, we are looking for only the best customer service on our team!
Hourly Pay:
- $12.14/hr
- Tips from To-Go Orders
- Percentage of Servers' Sales
- Combined = $20-$26/hr
