Job Title: GSO/VO - T1 & T2

Nature of the Job:
- This is NOT a pilot position.
- Primarily Ground Support, with minimal Visual Observation (VO), which is expected to be phased out in the near future.
- Participate in periodic client-provided training to maintain relevant skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily Tier 1 Flight Operations (FlightOps) activities to meet Wipro customer operational requirements.
- Ensure all FlightOps activities are performed in compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW), quality, and safety standards.
- Monitor team performance and report performance, equipment, and operational deficiencies to Contractor management.
- Track and communicate Tier 1 FlightOps team availability and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with customer and internal teams to ensure efficient and uninterrupted flight operations.
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
License/Certification:
