Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Driver/Quick Lube Technician to join our dynamic automotive team. In this role you would be a floater, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing quick oil changes and basic maintenance services when needed and when not you would be driving customers home/picking up or driving to pick up parts. Your role is vital in ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely, helping our customers get back on the road quickly. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive repair and customer care to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport customers or deliver parts as needed
- Perform quick lube services including oil changes, fluid replacements, and tire rotations as needed.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential mechanical issues
- Assist with automotive maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, tire service, and other maintenance needs.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform mechanical repairs and service procedures. If you do not have your own tools we do have basic tolls needed for oil changes that can be used.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions
Requirements
- Previous dealership or automotive service technician experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and alignments
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Strong mechanical repair skills with a focus on automotive maintenance and service
- Customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks regularly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair is highly desirable

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
