Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and grounds.
- Ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to hotel standards.
- Conduct floor care and industrial cleaning to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations. - Maintain the confidentiality of guest information and adhere to hotel policies.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and standards. - Experience in housekeeping management and hospitality.
- Proficiency in industrial cleaning and floor care techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Partime with full time hours.
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
