Immigration Intake Attorney (100% Remote)
Suday Law is one of the fastest-growing immigration law firms in the United States. We are seeking an Immigration Intake Attorney to conduct consultations with prospective clients and help them understand their legal options.
This is a fully remote position focused on client consultations and case strategy—not case management, form preparation, or administrative work.
What You'll Do
- Conduct virtual immigration consultations with prospective clients.
- Analyze facts and identify potential immigration relief options.
- Develop and explain legal strategies in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Collaborate with our sales and intake teams to help clients move forward with confidence.
- Stay current on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
What You Won't Do
- Prepare immigration forms.
- Manage case files.
- Handle administrative casework.
- Maintain litigation or court calendars.
Qualifications
- Active U.S. law license required.
- Immigration law experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
- Passion for helping immigrant families.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
