Duties
- Oversee all warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and distribution processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage warehouse staff, providing leadership, training, and motivation to maintain a productive team environment.
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow, reduce costs, and increase safety standards across operations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (Profit21) to track inventory levels, order processing, and stock movements with precision.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (UPS, Fedex, etc.) for timely delivery and pick-up schedules while maintaining excellent vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and control measures to prevent loss, shrinkage, or discrepancies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a distribution or logistics setting.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, materials handling, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse distribution.
- Ability to operate forklifts and mechanical equipment safely; forklift certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead, train, and motivate staff effectively.
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of heavy lifting techniques necessary for efficient materials handling.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
