WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform residential service, diagnostics, and repairs in your trade
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
- Present honest, accurate options and solutions to homeowners
- Keep your truck and job site clean and organized
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven residential service experience in your trade (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Drain)
- The right credential for your trade: – Electricians: current California electrician certification (DIR/DLSE) – HVAC: EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling – Plumbers & Drain: strong hands-on residential service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-first mindset with excellent communication
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
