- Process sales transactions smoothly, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling techniques like OpenTable reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and bussing tables
- Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall guest relations
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and any other language
- Strong positive attitude to learn and grow
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a lively restaurant environment
