The first 90 days are a serious commitment — full days while you learn the craft. After that, your schedule becomes flexible, with remote work options.
Requirements:
- A Hawaii life insurance license (we’ll walk you through the state licensing process)
- Coachable, competitive, comfortable talking to people
- Strong work ethic and consistency
