Position Summary: Generate revenue for Landlord.com from multiple product lines such as Advertising, Sponsorship, and Corporate Services. Position is responsible for prospecting, developing and expanding client base for both Advertising and Corporate Services product lines by identifying appropriate targets and developing programs that best meet the client's or agency's immediate and long-term marketing and advertising objectives. This position requires 1-2 years of media sales experience with a proven track record and media contacts. Also requires knowledge of the Internet, excellent communication and relationship building skills, creative thinking, and a passion for the Interactive possibilities offered by Landlord.com. Agency and/or product marketing a plus and computer skills such as PowerPoint a must. Need to be an enthusiastic, highly intelligent, ambitious, well-organized, self-starter that will establish Landlord.com as the preferred Community Services provider on the Internet. History of exceeding sales goals a major plus.
Required Qualifications: Contact Data Base Skills (Act, FileMaker Pro), Power Point, Word, Excel . 1-2 years Internet media sales experience and marketplace contacts. BA or MBA.
