We are looking for a detail-oriented, driven Staff Accountant who wants to grow their career while helping support the financial operations of a fast-paced and expanding business.

- Perform full-cycle accounting responsibilities
- Complete bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
- Manage and support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Assist with month-end close process
- Payroll
- light HR and Onboarding
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Maintain and review balance sheet accounts
- Support financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze and report financial information
- Partner with leadership on financial insights and process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Strong experience with:
- Bank & credit card reconciliations
- Month-end close
- Financial statement preparation
- AR/AP processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Desire to grow into an Assistant Controller or Controller role
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Experience in home services, construction, or field service industries is a plus
- $75,000–$80,000 annual salary
