- Previous experience in a high end restaurant or food service environment
- Familiarity with basic math for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
