Position Overview
You will gain hands-on exposure to key areas of our logistics business, including:
- Carrier Sourcing & Carrier Management
- Pricing & Cost Analysis
- Operations & Fulfillment

Through real business projects, you will develop strong capabilities in data analysis, business judgment, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will have the opportunity to grow into Project Leads, Business Owners, or key management roles in Carrier Sourcing, Pricing, Operations, or other core business functions.
Responsibilities
1. Core Business Learning & Hands-on Experience
- Learn and understand North American transportation operations, including Drayage, FTL, and related logistics services
- Participate in core business activities such as order fulfillment, carrier sourcing, pricing, and carrier management
- Develop a strong understanding of operational workflows, business metrics, and key business drivers
- Build practical knowledge of logistics cost structures, service quality, and fulfillment efficiency
2. Data Analysis & Business Optimization
- Analyze order, pricing, cost, carrier performance, and operational data
- Identify business issues, trends, and optimization opportunities through data
- Support decision-making related to carrier sourcing, pricing, and operations
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable recommendations
3. Project Management & Execution
- Participate in projects across operations, sourcing, pricing, sales, and product teams
- Break down business goals into clear execution plans
- Track project progress, performance metrics, and results
- Identify roadblocks, drive problem-solving, and ensure projects are successfully delivered
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Product, Data, and other teams
- Coordinate internal and external resources to move projects forward
- Follow up on and resolve day-to-day business and operational issues
- Improve communication, workflow efficiency, and execution across teams
5. Leadership Development
As you develop your business capabilities, you will gradually have opportunities to:
- Independently own business initiatives or projects
- Set business goals and develop execution plans
- Drive process and strategy improvements
- Coordinate team resources
- Participate in business planning and key operational decisions
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 0–3 years of professional experience; strong new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in logistics, supply chain, data analysis, operations, or business management
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new business areas
- Strong execution skills and willingness to work hands-on with the business
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic data analysis capabilities
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Internship or professional experience in logistics, freight forwarding, trucking, brokerage, or supply chain operations
- Experience with drayage, container transportation, or port-related operations
- Experience with data analysis, operations analysis, or business analysis projects
- Experience in project management, student organizations, entrepreneurship, or team leadership
- Strong interest in using data to solve business problems
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
