Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble donuts, coffee beverages, and other menu items according to company standards and recipes
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, processing cash, credit card payments, and managing customer orders efficiently
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, upselling products to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage food handling procedures safely, including proper sanitation and storage of ingredients to ensure freshness and safety
- Handle cash register operations accurately, processing transactions quickly while giving correct change
- Support team members with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests
What to Expect:
- Fast-paced, high-energy work. You’ll be on your feet, moving quickly, and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 8-hour shifts—so take those breaks to recharge!

- Some heavy lifting. You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs (talk about a workout).
- Reliable transportation. You’ll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts.
