Tasks:
- Help guide students through their assignments using the Kumon method and instructional strategies
- Grade math and reading assignments
- Provide feedback to instructor on student performance
- Data Entry
- Record grades
- Assist students with check-in/check-out
- Handle incoming parent inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls), including but not limited to: sharing about the Kumon Method, signing parents up for an orientation, making reminder phone calls
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in math and writing.
- Must be punctual, responsible and mature, and have a positive and respectful attitude toward students, parents and other center staff.
- Ability to multi-task and follow directions.
- Enjoy working with kids and comfortable working with children ages 3 and up.
- Prior Kumon knowledge is a plus but is not required. Training will be provided.
- Can work Mondays and Thursdays from 3 pm to 7:30 pm.
- Background checks will be performed on applicants 18 & over.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
