Nurse Assistant

Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Provide personal care to residents, including toileting, incontinence care, and assistance with mobility
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by performing tasks such as laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation
Assist with feeding, bathing, and personal care of residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments
Document resident care and observations accurately and thoroughly
Participate in resident care planning and development of individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents
