Workout Anytime is searching for a high-energy, sales-driven Fitness Director / General Manager who is passionate about fitness, personal training, and helping people change their lives through health and wellness.
This is not just a management position — we are looking for a leader who understands how to build a fitness culture, drive personal training revenue, coach a team, and create an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification and have a proven history of personal training sales success.
Our Fitness Director / GM will lead by example, build relationships with members, coach staff development, and help members find the best solutions to support their fitness journey.

- Lead and develop a high-performing fitness and sales team
- Conduct fitness consultations, success sessions, and personal training sales presentations

- Build relationships with members and create a welcoming, motivating environment
- Train and coach staff on membership sales, referrals, lead generation, and personal training conversions
- Maintain accountability around club operations, cleanliness, and member experience

- Meet and exceed challenging monthly sales and production goals
- Create a positive team culture focused on health, accountability, and growth
- Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification required
- Proven history of successful personal training sales
- Previous fitness management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of sales, lead management, and member retention
- Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and helping others succeed
