At First People Promotions, we work with leading telecommunications brands to connect customers with wireless products and services that fit their everyday needs. We’re looking for a Verizon Team Member to join our Chattanooga team and become a knowledgeable, approachable resource for customers.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to answer questions, explain Verizon products and plans, and help them find the right options. You’ll learn the products through hands-on training, work alongside an experienced team, and develop valuable skills in customer service, communication, and sales.
What You’ll Do as a Verizon Team Member:
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional way.
- Learn Verizon wireless plans, devices, promotions, and service options.
- Help customers compare products and find solutions that fit their needs.
- Answer questions about billing, features, upgrades, and device setup.
- Assist with new service activations, account updates, and purchases.
- Explain current promotions and available upgrade options.
- Follow up on customer questions or service issues when additional support is needed.
- Work with your team to reach daily and weekly goals.
- Keep customer information and sales activity organized and accurate.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable and organized with attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new technology, products, and systems.
- Motivated by goals and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or technology is a plus, but not required.
