We are seeking Cabinet Shop Worker to join our growing team!

Overview: This position will be primarily responsible for Loading & Delivery, as well as, assisting where needed, including, but not limited to Sanding, Scuffing, Spray Room Prep of cabinet component materials to acceptable quality standards. The dedicated, hardworking individual will be expected to work within the framework of a team and individually.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 75-100 lbs. individually. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 200 lbs. with assistance.
- Finish surfaces according to specifications by sanding and scuffing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work as a member of a team and be able to perform at different workstations throughout the production process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in millwork and/or cabinet shop, Highly Preferred.
- Skilled use of sanders, routers, saws, and woodworking hand tools.
- Proficient at using a tape measure.
- Assist team with multiple tasks including quality control.
- Ability and Willingness to learn and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to follow all safety rules.
- Possession of a high school diploma or a general equivalency diploma (G.E.D)
- Ability to understand instructions and to follow procedures.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Previous manufacturing experience necessary
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated and have reliable attendance.
- Good work ethic, required.
- Must be a team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
- Must show courtesy to co-workers, customers, and all others with whom contact occurs.
Wage : $18 - $22 per hour – DOE
