About the Role
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the clinical team at Camellia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while working within a supportive, team-focused environment. What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and accurately document all treatments and resident responses
Monitor residents and recognize/report adverse reactions in accordance with policy
Provide direct bedside care for a wide range of medical conditions, including pre- and post-surgical residents
Monitor and manage specialized medical equipment and interpret electronic clinical data
Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate interventions
Perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other nursing procedures as needed
Educate residents and families regarding procedures, treatments, and ongoing care plans
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination
What We’re Looking For
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented mindset
