We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects throughout Connecticut and surrounding areas. Our work primarily involves renovations in nursing homes and healthcare facilities, so experience in this type of environment is a major plus.
This role requires someone organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day project operations from start to finish
* Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
* Manage schedules, budgets, and project timelines
* Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to standard
* Work in active healthcare environments with minimal disruption
* Travel to various job sites as needed
Requirements:
* Prior experience in construction/project management
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Willingness to travel within Connecticut and surrounding areas
* Valid driver’s license
Preferred (Not Required):
* Experience with nursing home / healthcare facility renovations
* Spanish-speaking (a strong plus)
Compensation:
* Pay will be based on your experience and will be discussed during the interview process

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
