Provider Resources Inc. (PRI) is looking for an experienced Director of Compliance to own our enterprise compliance program. This is a leadership role for a compliance professional ready to build the infrastructure, lead the audits, and develop the team that allows PRI to scale responsibly under CMS and URAC regulation.

Own PRI's compliance program across IDRE, IRO, and CMSgoverned programs

Lead regulatory and URAC audit relationships as primary compliance owner

Build and maintain the compliance risk register and compliance calendar

Develop and lead the compliance team

Serve as the internal expert on No Surprises Act and CMS IDR regulations
What we are looking for

10+ years compliance experience including 3+ years in a leadership role

CMS and No Surprises Act / IDR regulatory knowledge preferred

URAC or NCQA audit experience

Track record of building compliance infrastructure, not just maintaining it

Healthcare or regulated services industry required
