We are an Odoo Official Partner and Odoo Accounting Expert Partner, providing ERP implementation, migration, customization, and support services to clients across Manufacturing, Retail, Construction, Utilities, Services, and Outdoor Recreation. We've been an exclusive Odoo implementation and customization partner since 2015, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a senior-level developer who can own complex builds from architecture to deployment — not someone who needs heavy oversight.
What You'll Do
- Lead custom development on Odoo implementation and migration projects, from solution design through go-live
- Build, extend, and maintain custom modules across core Odoo functionality
- Perform version upgrades and migrations, including refactoring or rebuilding legacy customizations from prior developers or platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across integrated systems
- Collaborate directly with Project Managers to scope technical effort, provide accurate time/cost estimates, and flag scope or risk issues early
- Participate in code review and mentor junior developers as the team grows
- Maintain clean, documented, upgrade-safe code
What You Bring
- YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH
- You must be able to work US based hours
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in Odoo, with substantial time spent specifically in Odoo development
- Deep working knowledge of core Odoo modules: Accounting, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, and CRM(additional modules a plus)
- Strong Python development skills and solid understanding of Odoo's ORM, module architecture, and framework conventions
- Experience with PostgreSQL, XML views, QWeb, and Odoo's web client architecture
- Track record of successful ERP implementations and/or version migrations, including work with legacy or undocumented codebases
- Odoo certification strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment with minimal hand-holding
- Strong communication skills — you'll be expected to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to project managers and, at times, clients
Nice to Have
- Experience with Odoo.sh or self-hosted deployment environments
- Prior experience in an ERP consulting/implementation firm (vs. in-house dev team)
- Exposure to integrations with third-party accounting, e-commerce, or logistics platforms
Compensation
Pay is commensurate with experience and will be discussed based on your background and certification level.
Location
Remote position — Open to any candidate regardless of geographical location as long as you can work US based hours.
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
