We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on
Warehouse Manager to lead all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, storage, distribution, and materials flow. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory through FIFO/FEFO practices, leading and developing warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, SOP, and security standards, and supporting efficient production and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating logistics, managing inventory accuracy, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating across departments to ensure materials are available when needed while maintaining a safe, organized, and high-performing warehouse environment.
Job Duties:

Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution services.

Maintain, track, and audit inventory levels to minimize loss. FIFO/FEFO

Manage inventory movements between internal facilities and 3PL warehouses to maintain inventory accuracy and product availability.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse employees.

Enforce safety along with other area SOPs, GMPs, and security protocols.

Collaborate with other sites and department leaders for efficient dock time utilization.

Manage the day-to-day logistics and materials flowthrough of the Warehouse

Monitor and manage inventory levels for production, warehouse, and packaging.

Verify orders as they are picked from the warehouse for accuracy

Promptly relay information to other department management regarding problems, concerns or suggestions

Report, document, and facilitate work orders for any discrepancies found within your work area

Must maintain good housekeeping by coordinating warehouse sanitation schedule.

Conduct quality checks to ensure quality specifications are being met

Coordinate materials, staging, and storage needed for upcoming packaging runs.

Organize and execute routine team inventory cycle counts.
Job Requirements:
- Willing and able to lift 50 lbs.

Comfortable on computers

3+ years in a warehouse role, with Management experience
-
Experience managing logistics operations, freight carriers, transportation scheduling, and/or third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Proficiency in or ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), scanners, and Microsoft Office.

Ability to operate a forklift and lift, stand, or walk for long periods.

Strong team communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution experience.
