Job Description
Ten Kings Collectibles is hiring outgoing, reliable, camera-comfortable Brand Representatives for our new Stoneridge retail location.
This is not a typical retail job.
You’ll help customers, represent the Ten Kings brand, support the store experience, and appear in social media, promotional, and behind-the-scenes content. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys people, retail, content, collectibles, and being part of a fast-growing brand.
You do not need to be an expert in Pokémon, and sports cards. We can train the product knowledge. What matters most is personality, reliability, confidence, customer service, and positive energy.
What You’ll Do
Customer Experience: Greet customers, start natural conversations, explain the Ten Kings concept, answer questions, and help create a fun, premium, welcoming store experience.
Product Support: Learn our mystery pack products and on-camera live rip entertainment experiences so you can help customers understand and enjoy the experience.
On-Camera Brand Representation: Appear in Ten Kings social media, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, customer moments, and in-store filming. Represent the brand with confidence, personality, and professionalism.
Store Presentation: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and visually sharp. Support displays, restocking, packaging, and overall presentation.
Checkout & Operations: Process purchases, support basic register tasks, assist customers, and help create a smooth checkout experience.
Live Retail Moments: Help create exciting in-store moments around mystery packs, on-camera live rip reveals, collector reactions, and customer wins.
