At Antonina’s Gluten-Free Bakery, we know how important it is to provide our customers with specialty bakery options for those with food sensitivities, as well as to customers who simply enjoy delicious baked goods. For over 20 years, our mission has been to create delicious gluten-free baked goods that everyone can enjoy.
We bake Antonina's gourmet gluten-free decorated cupcakes, single-layer cakes, mini sheet cakes, muffins, brownies, and more in our own dedicated gluten-free, tree nut-free, and peanut-free facility and we will always provide a product consumers can trust. Made with real butter and non-GMO ingredients, our baked products are both flavorful and beautiful. Our mission began within our own family and now we are here for you and yours and we are striving to make our delicious products available to everyone at every retailer across the country and beyond!
Job Purpose: Responsible for production and preparation of various bakery products, completing retail customer orders, and maintaining efficiency and quality across operation flow and product movement. To partake in hands on, scratch processes for portioning raw product, garnishing or topping, flipping and cooling baked product, filling trays, packaging, frosting, labeling or storage of completed baked items. May also partake in general daily sanitation as needed to maintain continual production flow. General production includes movement of department based upon demand, product mix and volume; responsible for utilizing equipment and tools available to perform job successfully.
Duties include, but not limited to the following:
- Performing any combination of hands on scratch or mass processing of cookies, cakes, muffins, cupcakes, or other baked goods:
- Reads production schedule or receives instructions regarding daily expectations, requirements or specifications
- Meet daily labor and waste goals as planned and driven by management
- Responsible for learning and maintaining customer standards for product specs and acceptable quality
- Must follow GMP’s, and audit/food safety requirements and guidelines; properly fill out documentation and QC/QA records that measure daily performance and completion details
- Maintaining clean and sanitary work station
- Reporting any product deficiencies, food or safety concerns to supervisor/manager
- Complete training for facility GMP’s (allergen protocol, contamination, etc.)
- Observing products across multiple stages, to include; ensure proper weights, baking, topping quantity/distribution, cooling timeline and packaging placement, count, label accuracy and finished good quantities stored properly.
- Responsible for independent station work and team work to complete orders properly

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
