We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Residential Community Manager to join our team in Bloomingdale, IL. The ideal candidate will support the Community Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our residential community, and assisting with leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination to help ensure a positive living experience for all residents.
The pay range for this position is $24 to $27/hr. commensurate with experience, plus commissions and quarterly bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Community Manager with the day-to-day operations of the residential community.
- Support leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements
- Demonstrated initiative, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, including furniture delivery and pick up
- Help enforce community policies and procedures to maintain a safe and pleasant environment
- Assist with rent collection, account management, and the issuance of 5-day notices
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed
- Support community events and resident engagement initiatives.
- Comply with industry legal requirements related to all Fair Housing laws
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Community Manager and the Vice President of Operations
- At least three years of experience in a fast-paced residential community
- Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques
- Experience with Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
- Availability to work Saturdays
