Delta Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking to add 1 LCSW/LPC to our growing team in our office located in our Manila! The position is full-time with flexibility. We are looking for one of these options:
$75,000 Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday from 8:00-6:00
$75,000 Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 (Once your caseload is built up, you can make your own schedule as long as we are meeting our full time average of 25 billable hours during a look-back period. This position offers great flexibility.
$80,000 once you hit your 25 billable hour average for both options.
Any hours billed over the 25 billable hour average will be paid at an extra $50/billable hour each look-back period.
This site is an approved NHSC site location, which means they will pay $60,000+ in student loan payments in exchange for working full-time for 2 years here! This is a salary position, however there are opportunities to receive bonus pay. Each applicant must be willing to carry out counseling functions to include but not limited to: being responsible for helping clients manage and overcome mental and emotional issues; listen to clients ask questions to help understand his/her needs/issues/life circumstances; and to develop strategies to improve his or her life. The Therapist will diagnose, treat, and help clients create coping strategies, counsel, listen, support, monitor the client for progress, work with individuals, families, and groups to help provide the best community resources.
An Arkansas license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
