Finance / Transactions Associate (3–6 Years)
Lender-Side / Private Credit / Structured Finance
A well-regarded national law firm is looking to add a mid-level Finance Associate to its Dallas office.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney with experience in lender-side finance or broader transactional work who wants to work on sophisticated deals in a more balanced, team-oriented environment .
- Representing lenders and financial institutions in complex financing transactions
- Private credit and syndicated lending matters
- Drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related documents
- Working closely with partners and clients on active deal flow
- 3–6 years of finance / transactional experience
- Background in lender-side work preferred (but not required)
- Experience with credit agreements, loan docs, or deal structuring
- Looking for strong deal exposure with a more sustainable environment
- Consistent deal flow in a growing finance practice
- Strong reputation in the finance and private credit space
- Direct partner access and meaningful hands-on experience
- Collaborative, down-to-earth team
- Dallas market (no state income tax + strong deal activity)
- A great fit for associates looking to continue doing high-level finance work without the intensity of some larger platforms
