POSITION: Administrative Assistant
SALARY: $20.55 - $24.42 DOE
LOCATION: San Poil Treatment Center - Keller, WA
San Poil Treatment Center is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support for program operations. This position serves as a key point of contact for clients, visitors, staff, and community partners while helping ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the treatment center.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and electronic communications.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and program activities as assigned.

Maintain and organize administrative records, files, and correspondence.

Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.

Support client intake and registration processes as directed.

Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies.

Order, receive, and maintain office supplies and inventory.

Assist with payroll, billing, purchasing, or other administrative functions as assigned.

Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.

Coordinate mail distribution and outgoing correspondence.

Provide administrative support to clinical, nursing, and program staff.

Assist with special projects and program events.

Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED required.
-
One year of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar computer applications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Ability to use office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, and telephones.

Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with typing and data entry.
