Moore & Goodman PLLC is a boutique trial and appellate litigation firm with a diverse practice including criminal defense, real estate and commercial litigation, landlord-tenant litigation, immigration defense, and employment litigation. We are currently looking for someone with at least 3 three years of experience as a litigation paralegal who is also:
1. a fluent Spanish-speaker
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe, LexisNexis;
3. Capable of conducting legal research and formatting motions including creating Table of Contents and Authorities for Memoranda of Law;
4. Familiar with Clio or analogous case-management systems; and
5. Familiar with New York motion practice and e-filing through NYSCEF and PACER.
This is an in-person position. New York City resident preferred, but not required.
