Responsibilities
- Review and verify all closing documents for accuracy and completeness before recording.
- Conduct thorough research on property records, legal descriptions, and title histories to ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation for recording with county or municipal offices, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of all recorded documents and transactions for audit purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries from clients, agents, and internal teams regarding recording status or document requirements.
Requirements
- Experience with Qualia is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Prior experience working within title company is important
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues promptly.
Pay: $52,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
