MDS Coordinator RN
Our healthcare organization is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator RN for a full-time salaried position at one of our skilled nursing facilities located just outside Terre Haute, Indiana.

The MDS Coordinator RN is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and completing accurate MDS assessments while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Working closely with the interdisciplinary team, you will develop comprehensive resident assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure appropriate reimbursement while supporting exceptional resident care.
Active RN license required
MDS experience preferred
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
