At Sandler Miami, we train salespeople, sales leaders, founders, and executives to build stronger sales systems and grow revenue. We are looking for an ambitious sales professional who wants to grow from outbound prospecting into sales conversations, closing deals, and eventually coaching others.
You’ll begin by mastering prospecting and booking qualified sales meetings. Once you consistently hit performance milestones, you’ll earn the opportunity to transition into a Selling Coach role, where you’ll lead sales conversations, close deals, and train others to do the same.
First-year OTE for high performers: $100,000+
Base salary: $45,000/year + uncapped commissions
Location: South Florida preferred
Schedule: Full-time, flexible/remote with in-person team expectations as needed

What You’ll Actually Do
- Prospect decision-makers through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
- Book qualified meetings for the team
- Learn the Sandler sales methodology through live sales conversations
- Shadow coaching and strategy sessions
- Track pipeline activity inside HubSpot CRM
- Handle objections and difficult sales conversations
- Consistently hit outreach and meeting targets
- Develop the skills necessary to transition into a Selling Coach role
