Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Brewery Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will serve craft beers, educate customers about our brews, and create a welcoming atmosphere. If you have a passion for craft beer and exceptional customer service skills, we’d love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Serve craft beers, cocktails, and other beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Educate guests about different beer styles, flavors, and brewing processes.
- Recommend beer pairings and answer customer questions about our menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
- Assist in tapping kegs, cleaning draft lines, and managing inventory.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers to create a fun and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a brewery or craft beer setting.
- Strong knowledge of beer styles and brewing techniques
- ServSafe Certification Required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be 21+ and have or be willing to obtain required alcohol service certifications.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing for long periods.
