Morningstar Staffing Group is expanding our nationwide network of Independent Partners. This is a 1099 business opportunity for motivated individuals who want to build and manage their own commercial staffing portfolio using Morningstar’s established infrastructure and operates on a lucrative 60, 55, 50/50 % profit-sharing model.
We don’t sell, we BUILD RELATIONSHIPS and OFFER staffing SOULTIONS.

As an Independent Partner, you’ll identify and develop local business relationships, help coordinate staffing solutions, and participate in the profit generated by the commercial accounts you build, in accordance with the Morningstar Partner Agreement.
What You’ll Do
- Research and connect with local businesses.
- Build and manage your own commercial client portfolio.
- Coordinate staffing needs with Morningstar’s support team.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Continue growing recurring commercial business.
