Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

- Ability to work a consistent schedule, shifts range from morning to afternoon and weekends, because that’s when we’re busy. (Schedules are set in advance as well).
- This role is perfect for someone looking for 2-4 days a week, with optional added days as needed for extra hours.
Your day to day:
- Greeting and welcoming guests, and being well versed in all things EWC - being able to answer all questions regarding our Wax Pass Memberships, Services and Retail Line.
- Clerical duties including scheduling reservations both in store and over the phone, maintaining and updating guest records.
- Managing the flow of the location, managing all reservations for the day, and taking reservations over the phone.
- Light cleaning & restocking.
