- 1099 or W2 positions available for full-time or part time CRNAs
- Plastics, ortho, gender, spine, ophtho, general, podiatry, GI, urology, ENT, pain, and rarely pediatrics
- No nights, no weekends, no call, paid holidays
- Typically 30-35hrs/week

- 401k 10% contribution for W2 employees
-$5,000 retention bonus + 5 PTO bonus every 5 years of service
-Annual profit sharing bonus at year end for W2 employees
Pay: $99.00 - $115.00 per hour
