Preschool Lead Teacher
Full-Time | 40 hours/week | $26.00–$30.00/hour | Benefits included
We are looking for a Preschool Lead Teacher to plan, lead, and implement hands-on, developmentally appropriate lessons for children ages 2–6. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, experienced in classroom management, and skilled at fostering curiosity and creativity in young learners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in ECE, Child Development, or related field, OR equivalent with verified ECE credits
- Minimum 2 years of preschool teaching experience
- Knowledge of behavior management, lesson planning, and kindergarten readiness
- Completion of required certifications/trainings upon hire (DCYF background check, CPR/First Aid, STARS courses, etc.)
