Brookfield Country Club is a private 18-hole golf club in Clarence, NY, and we are looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our Grounds Team for the upcoming golf season.
If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, working with equipment, and being part of a team that takes pride in what it accomplishes every day, this could be a great fit.
Golf course experience is NOT required. We are happy to train the right people. We care much more about your attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
What You'll Do
No two days on a golf course are exactly the same. Depending on the day, you may:
- Operate mowers and other turf maintenance equipment
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, rough, and other areas of the golf course
- Maintain and rake bunkers
- Assist with landscaping and flower bed maintenance
- Prune trees and shrubs
- Perform course cleanup and property maintenance
- Help prepare the golf course for tournaments and special events
- Assist with drainage, irrigation, landscaping, and other improvement projects
- Learn different aspects of professional golf course maintenance

Previous landscaping, golf course, construction, farming, equipment operation, or other outdoor work experience is a plus, but it is not required.
Schedule
Golf course maintenance starts early. Applicants should be comfortable with early-morning shifts and some weekend and holiday work.
A typical season runs from approximately April through November, depending on weather and course needs.
Both full-time and part-time seasonal opportunities are available, and we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate school, other jobs, and personal commitments whenever possible.
One of the benefits of starting early is finishing early — many shifts allow you to have a significant portion of your afternoon available.
Overtime opportunities are also available for employees looking for additional hours.
