Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hiring Staff Manager to lead our recruitment and staffing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new team members. Your leadership will ensure we build a dynamic, skilled, and motivated home health team that delivers exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various hospitality roles.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate applicant skills, and select suitable candidates to meet staffing needs.
- Oversee onboarding processes, including training new hires and registering new staff for required trainings
- Manage staff scheduling, shift management, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours to optimize restaurant operations.
- Input staff schedules into online system. (Aanie software)
- Supervise team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Experience in home health management with a focus on staffing or team leadership.
- Strong background in home health industry operations
- Excellent interviewing skills with a track record of selecting high-performing team members.
- Knowledge of managing DSP teams and their managers
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within diverse environments.
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
