Overview
Carbuki AI builds AI-powered voice agents and outbound campaign tools that help auto dealerships fill their service bays, sell more cars, and close more F&I — without hiring more staff. We're looking for a Field Sales Representative to own a territory and bring our solutions directly to dealership decision-makers.
This is a door-opening role: you'll be in dealerships, talking to GMs and dealer principals, showing them how Carbuki replaces missed calls and wasted ad spend with AI that actually books appointments and drives revenue. We've already proven this works — our clients see appointment booking rates triple compared to their old systems, at a fraction of the cost of a human receptionist.
What you'll do
- Visit dealerships in your territory to meet with GMs, dealer principals, and BDC managers face-to-face
- Run live demos of our AI receptionist and outbound campaign tools, tailored to what each dealership is actually struggling with (missed calls, slow follow-up, thin service bay traffic)
- Manage your own pipeline from first visit to signed contract — we'll give you the tools and talk tracks, you bring the relationships and persistence
- Negotiate and close deals, with full ownership of your accounts after signing
- Keep your pipeline current in our CRM spreadsheet (Google sheet) so we can support you with marketing and ops
- Loop in our team on what dealerships are actually asking for — you're our eyes and ears in the field
What we're looking for
- B2B sales experience — automotive industry experience is a major plus, SaaS/tech sales experience also works
- Comfortable walking into a dealership cold and getting a meeting with the GM
- Self-directed; you're managing your own territory and schedule
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your assigned region
Compensation
- Base: $2,500-$3,500/month (depending on experience and existing dealership network)
- Commission: $500-$1,000+ per signed dealership, no cap
- Most reps close 2+ deals/month once ramped, putting realistic monthly earnings at $3,500-$5,500+ — with no ceiling as your pipeline grows
Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
