Magic Touch, Inc. is seeking a Field Touch-Up Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position ideal for a professional, self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently, thrives outdoors—even in extreme temperatures—and is comfortable in a high-end dealership environment.
Our technicians are not detailers. They are skilled touch-up specialists trained in a patented sprayless scratch removal process that improves vehicle appearance without the need for traditional bodywork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality touch-up services using our proprietary sprayless system
- Maintain a consistent and professional presence at assigned luxury dealership(s)
- Communicate effectively with dealership managers and service staff
- Accurately assess and complete work on dealership inventory
- Maintain personal responsibility for service quality and daily workflow
- Work independently in a mobile field-based role
Requirements:
- Strong self-motivation and reliability
- A professional demeanor and comfort working in a luxury dealership setting
- Coachability and willingness to learn a unique skillset
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and a dependable personal vehicle
- Previous experience in automotive touch-up, paint, or reconditioning is a plus (but not required)
