Are you ready to drive growth for an industry-leading platform by scaling copy across high-impact audience journeys? As a key consultative partner within our lifecycle marketing ecosystem, you will translate strategic audience insights into high-converting, omnichannel messaging that accelerates engagement across email, SMS, push, and in-app touchpoints.
100% remote (must work in EST/CST Hours).
Responsibilities:
- Craft targeted, multi-channel copy across CRM lifecycle journeys to optimize conversions across diverse user segments.
- Partner closely with CRM leadership to translate strategic briefs and audience insights into compelling, on-brand messaging.
- Collaborate with design systems and external agency partners to streamline high-volume content production and campaign deployment.
- Analyze A/B test results and iterative messaging performance to continuously enhance engagement across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of specialized lifecycle, email, and multi-channel marketing copywriting experience within high-volume programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing for triggered CRM flows across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels.
- Proven track record of leveraging platform insights and iterating copy to achieve measurable performance improvements.
Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and collaborative digital tools within dynamic creative workflows.
